The Student Development Program aims to impart IR 4.0 skills to
different cohorts of beneficiaries by offering a structured and
comprehensive training experience through the following models:
College Model for In-Academics Students:
This model aims to impact students enrolled in engineering and science
colleges in the target states. It offers hands-on training modules in
selected technology domains to enhance employability. The program model
works in tandem with partnerships with colleges to orient, onboard,
train, and place students from tier II and III colleges. The program
highlights are as follows:

training model of 140 hours spread across an academic cycle

Project-Based Learning:
6-week AICTE-EY GDS virtual internship for hands-on training

50% of eligible and qualified final-year students
Center-Model for Graduated Youth:
The centre model aims to impact unemployed graduates from the state of
Kerala. The program will be conducted in strong collaboration with the
Kerala Academy for Skills & Excellence (KASE). It intends to offer
hands-on, short-term training modules to create placement pathways for
the youth who have graduated but are not employed. The program will
begin its delivery with students from science backgrounds.
Target Group: Graduate Youth Seeking Employment
Educational Prerequisites: Graduates from 2024 with degrees
in sciences or related courses such as B.Sc. in Computer Science,
BCA, etc.
Duration: 160
hours spread over ~ 3 months
Domain Technology: Coding Foundations and Web Development
with MERN
Mode of Training: Classroom-based instructor-led sessions
Project-Based Learning: 20 hours of capstone project
